We do not ship restricted tools outside the United Kingdom. We therefore do not accept accounts from outside the United Kingdom.

If you are not a trading UK Locksmith please do not apply; you can browse our publicly available tools here. All applications are checked manually. Please use the contact form to ask for a shipping estimate if you wish to purchase tools from the public section. We only use tracked and insured couriers so the costs are quite expensive. For example a small package to the USA will cost around £56. You will also be hit with customs  charges in your country. So please bear this in mind. 

In order to purchase our restricted tools, you must apply for an account. Please fill in the form below and you will be notified by email once your account has been approved.

Please provide as much information as possible so we can confirm you are a trading locksmith or member of the security services. Please provide your business email address and business phone number that shows up in a google search as belonging to your locksmith company and as much information as possible for verification purposes. We only accept UK and Northern Ireland applications as we do not ship to any other country at present.

ANY APPLICATION FROM OUTSIDE THE UK INCLUDING THE REPUBLIC OF  IRELAND WILL BE DELETED.

If we cannot establish you have a genuine need to see videos and locksmith tools your application will be deleted.

If you haven’t heard back within 48 hours your application has failed the security checks and been deleted.

Every application is investigated and checked.

If you are a new locksmith or have no trading history please use the contact form to tell us as much information as you can so we can check. Please don’t apply without doing this as the application will just get rejected.
